It was the Australians who invented this unique weapon that they could throw at a target and if
it missed, it would return to the hunter to be used again and again. Interestingly enough this hunting system has a parallel in human relations. You can put out a gesture of some kind and it will return to you. In the case of human relations, it will return to you even though it reaches its target.

This is to say that if you want someone to like you, all you need to do is like him. If you want someone to trust you, trust them. We are all human magnets. Our deeds, attitudes and even our thoughts attract in kind. If you frown at someone, he will likely scowl back. Want smiles? Give smiles.

If you have developed some friction or even created an enemy situation, return good for evil. It will be an attack which the other person won't understand. This procedure of returning good for evil leaves him powerless. Someone has stated that it is appropriate to do it this way because after all, you probably had some part in creating the enemy situation.

Because this boomerang effect is human nature, you can know in advance how most people will react to a given gesture. This being the case, a great power is available to you. Just figure out what you want and then give it accordingly. You don't have to go to Australia to have the boomerang work for you.
