DEALING WITH THE DIFFICULT

The natural reaction to someone you are dealing with  who is having a bad hair day is to respond with the same negative tone and manner.  However, you having a superior nature, can change all that and make something positive out of it all.  It is all in knowing how to deal with the difficult.  Here are some superior tactics.

 

1. Make up your mind that you will change the nature of your associate without offending.

 

2.  Consider the everyday nature of the other person including what you know about how he/she will respond to your attempts to change his/her attitude.

 

3.  Convey your respect for the other person’s viewpoint and consider how he/she might benefit from
your conversation.

 

4.  Present your desirable ideas and keep your goal constantly in mind which is to deal positively with your associate and leave him/her with a more positive outlook.
