Hey Tara, No, I have not tried insanity, but I have friends who have and most have quit after a few sessions! Last spring I completed the P90X program and now I am doing a Kettle bell program. I have to say it is much easier to accomplish when you have a partner doing the workout with you. Otherwise, I would have skipped many a workout!
How about you? Any favorites?
