I have not tried P90X but I did do 1 round of Insanity and it kicked my butt! I am running a half this Sunday and then plan to start Insanity up again. I noticed more changes with it that anything I have ever done. For a video, it is very motivating (which surprised me). It is all cardio, no weights other than your own body...lots of push ups, squats, jumps, etc. I have some friends who really like Turbo Jams, but Chaleen (sp?) gets on my nerves. Do you know any Bowen's up in Owensboro? I think they own a tire company...
