I agree, does sound broad. I believe Dr Workman and other doctors will be sharing what our practices have been doing during the "downtime", and what we are doing with respect to our team members. I know Dr Workman has been involved in advocacy with the states and national levels for dentistry, especially in dealing with covi-19., and prolly will talk about same. I also received a reply on the expected content from Dr Bill Bloink as well:
Today is about how to move forward. How to prepare for what is to come. How to position a practice to meet the demands of the community. What should a solo Dr be thinking about? How can a solo Dr recoup the value of their practice after such a downturn? We hope to answer these and many other questions this afternoon. Please say hello to Steve for me. I’ve not spoken to him in quite some time and I do think highly of him.
I have been a continuous member of CC since my team and myself attended one of the early sessions with ”Itsy Bitsy” inDallas back in the day. After 30 years of successful private practice, I affiliated with Heartland Dental and am still enjoying practicing into my 41st year!
I still learn pearls from member posts, and continue to value membership in the CC. These epic times due to the covid-19 have been a challenge to all of dentistry. I’ve been fortunate to have the backing of Heartland Dental during these trying times, as we gear up to get back to seeing our patients.
I wanted to run this opportunity by you first before posting on CC , and understand if you feel it to be out of line here. The top docs and top brass at HD are offering a rare opportunity for non Heartland dentists to join in on an open webinar to share ideas on dealing with the covid-19 crisis. The free webinar is scheduled for April 9th, Thursday, at 3pm CDT. The following link is available : https://info.heartland.com/connection-referral
Hello Steve - my team and I watched the recent webinar on top practice performers for 2020 and I am trying to find your book on “what I learned in kindergarten...” but I can’t find it. Any suggestions? Thx and I hope all
Looking at the L.E.A.D series and it states that it is a 21 part series however only 19 show up where can I find the last two "gems?"
I also would like to know if there is a Skill of the week library?? I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the team meeting library and would love to look back on Skill of the week as well.
Hi Steve, for some reason my eastamherstfamilydental@yahoo account is on the fritz, so please change email address to david.rice@ignitedds.com. Also, along the same lines, are we (totts) meeting this thursday evening? Thank you!!
Federal Hill Smiles here in Baltimore, MD. We are hosting a Open House to kick off Smiles for Life. Dr. Markoff was wondering if you have any ideas on "flyers" or "mailers" maybe some images we could use?
Steve-Thanks again. That's terrific and if you guys need a hand with anything for the roundtable, please let me know...I'll be around, so happy to help. Talk tomorrow
Hi Steve, I know you'll be very busy during the December round table, yet I'm hoping if I come in early Thursday we might have a chance to talk. I've been working on a project I'd appreciate your advice on and I'd like to find a way to create some synergy with CC and possibly Tops as well. If you think that's possible, let me know and I'll arrange to come in sooner. Thank you, David
