Trojan services

Is anyone using  the trojan services software......My office might start using I just wanted some feedback on the program.

We've been using it for years- and  find it very helpfull.  Especially in new year when alot of benefits change- we can call and get information quickly about  new plansn and which plan that employer has, even when the patient does not have all their info or the group number.
