It is easy and very natural to focus on the negative things that happen from time to time that just seem to become a constant worry.

While doing any necessary problem solving, however, it is well worth the extra effort it takes to keep in the forefront of your mind the things you are grateful for.  It is well known that being grateful helps you to have positive feelings of joy and hope while causing fear, worry and anxiety to fade away.

Studies have shown that people who describe themselves as feeling grateful have greater vitality, are more optimistic, are less stressed, and seldom suffer from depression.  They also tend to be less materialistic and have better physical health.

If you would like to have all of these advantages, you will likely profit from the advice of Jackie Bredl-Dietrich who is a noted life coach.  She recommends taking time every day to write down the things you are grateful for.  By committing these things to writing, you will be constantly reminded of their value.

By focusing on gratitude you will develop a totally different personality.  You will be an inspiration to others and will be able and willing to share stories about things that have inspired and empowered you.

The more gratitude you reflect, the more you will attract.  You will then find it easier and easier to have full-time attitude of gratitude.
