Since your  brain is working 100% of the time that you are awake, it would seem wise to see that it is following a profitable thought pattern.  One accomplished psychologist has suggested using a watch as an illustration. 

It would seem wise not to  expect a cheap, mass-produced watch to perform with the same degree of accuracy as a finely crafted Rolex.  They are not made with the same quality of materials or with the same degree of craftsmanship.  

 

Similarly, we can’t successfully give our attention to any mechanical function  and put it ahead of that which is most important—ourselves.  Don’t leave anything as important as yourself to chance. Choose the character traits you  admire and work to develop them.   Like anything else, the more you work on  it , the more efficient you become.
