Do you think you might be able to share the some of the costs and benefits of group practice?
I have an opportunity to take my practice, ($1.2M), and combine it in one of 2 opportunities.
1. Into a 4 doctor practice with 10 treatment rooms at 40% for 6 months and then buy in to be a partner. Only 2 partners now.
2. Or into an existing solo practice with 5 treatment rooms with space to add more treatment rooms with an older dentist who is doing about $950,000 per year.
Both spots would nomt reLly need any or very little of my 4 treat, net rooms full of equipment.
Anyways, any feedback or personal experience would be helpful as to possible scenarios that would be beneficial to all.
Thanks
