Hi Lane,
I was wondering if you had any ideas on improving our Yelp reviews. We have some pretty bad reviews on there. We have been targeting patients to leave us good reviews, which they have been, however, because these patients aren't active on Yelp these reviews are being filtered out and only the bad reviews are showing. We've considered cancelling our Yelp page, however we don't want it to affect our Google listings...any suggestions? Thank you!
