We have not had this problem reported by anyone....so let's see what we can do to make this work. Here are a couple of things that would help. Go back one screen and pick SKILL OF THE WEEK. These are very short ( 3 minutes). Would you select one of those and see if it will play. Second, to go TEAM MEETINGS...do the same and see if any one of them will play. Finally, pick any other Webinar and see if it will play. If nothing plays, I need to know which growers you are using and if you are using a PC or a MAC. Second, I need to know if you are viewing all of these at the office or if you have tried at the office and at home. Thanks for helping. We've been at this about a year now with this new player and if you had a problem I'm sure there will be others. Let me know soonest.. Greg
