Looking for Rhode Island dentist thoughts

I recently spoke at an event in Connecticut.  There were several Rhode Island dentists present...all of whom shared major concerns with the "state of" delta dental of Rhode Island...I promised I'd do my homework...part of that is to learn if and what concerns crowns have.  Is it true?  Is it that bad?  If yes, how did you overcome?  If their perception, can you tell me more about your experience?

 

Need your help to follow up as I promised, and intelligently?
