Hygiene Pay with Commission

Hi Crowns,

          I am interested in the way some of you compensate your hygiene teams. We have always paid and hourly rate and I'm considering making a bonus based on production in addition to the rate to continue to motivate the staff.  Please give me ideas of how you do this?
