We are getting ready to start Departmental meetings as a team and would like to know if anyone has an outline/format for these types or meetings? We will then come together as a team for our monthly team meetings and discuss what happened(goals, concerns, etc) in these departmental meetings. Any feedback would be appreciated.

We started department meetings this year as well. We have 3 departments, Front- Hyg- Assistants. We have set leaders for each department. They email their agenda to the doctors 3 days prior to the meetings. The doctors decide what meeting to attend, or decide to meet amoung themselves.
Any concerns or topics are email to the leader of the team to be included in meeting. The leader also sends the entire team an email of the meeting that discuss the topics and goals set at this meeting.
