Dentrix insurance eligibility module

Hi is anyone using Dentrix to check insurance eligibility instead of using Trojan?

How has your experience been?

Have you had experience with both and which do you prefer??

We use it for a quick look, however not all of the insurance companies we use regularly are listed. The best way I have found has been to sign up with the various websites. Some are better than others, but it is usually much more detailed in the information they share.

We have been using Trojan and while we verify we like it for billing purposes so the electronic billing number is loaded and we can tweak the coverage since we are out of network for all plans.
